Building places worth
coming home to.
One Signature Developments builds luxury new construction on rare lots inside Charlotte's most established neighborhoods. Walk to coffee. Keep the oak trees. Get the new house.
Most builders find land.
We find addresses.
The best streets in Charlotte were built out decades ago. We acquire the rare lot, the tired house, the overlooked corner, and we build the home that belongs there: designer-curated finishes, honest materials, and rooms shaped for real family life.
Because our own construction team builds what we design, nothing gets lost between the rendering and the reveal.
Builder and developer,
one signature on both lines.
Most developers hire a builder. Most builders never carry the risk. We do both, so the budget, the schedule, and the craftsmanship answer to the same name: ours.
From first walk to welcome home.
We secure the lot
Off-market and pre-market acquisition in established neighborhoods. The address does the heavy lifting before the first nail.
We design and build
Architecture matched to the street, finishes curated down to the last doorknob, and a construction team that answers to us, not a subcontract chain.
Your family moves in
No renderings, no change orders, no year of decisions. Walk through the finished home, warranty in hand, in a neighborhood that already feels like home.

One signature. Mine.
I grew up in aviation. My father landed the planes. My brother takes off in them. And my first job out of school was building the terminal at Charlotte Douglas, the place where every trip ends with someone waiting. I learned early that a home is not where you are. It is what you come back to.
I have loved houses since before I could name the feeling. I was the kid drawing floor plans on notebook paper and studying front doors the way other kids studied box scores. I set out to become an architect, became a builder instead, and grew into a developer. Design, build, develop. Three chapters, one obsession.
Because the terminal taught me what buildings are really for. They are for reunions. So every home I build starts with the same question: where will everyone gather? The kitchen that pulls the whole party in, the porch that catches the neighbors, the table with room for both sides of the family.
I develop the lot, design the home, and build it with my own team. When a family walks through that front door, there is one name behind everything they see. This is it.
Charlotte's most loved streets.
